Terms of use

These terms apply to the current test operation of instin. instin is a digital decision-support service and not professional advice.

1. Service

instin asks questions, processes context you provide voluntarily, and generates recommendations, possible risks, and next steps. Model-generated output is guidance only. Accuracy, completeness, and a specific outcome are not guaranteed.

2. Your responsibility

You decide whether and how to act on a recommendation. Verify important facts independently and consult qualified professionals for legal, financial, medical, psychological, safety-related, or otherwise consequential matters.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use instin unlawfully, abusively, or to harm others. Do not enter another person's personal or confidential data without authorisation. Automated attacks, evasion of usage limits, and interference with security or operation are prohibited.

4. Account and access

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and must notify us of suspected misuse. Device-bound anonymous data may not be recoverable when the device identity is lost.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions offered in the iOS app are purchased and managed through Apple at the displayed price and term. Cancellation and refunds follow App Store rules. Deleting an instin account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

6. Availability and changes

During testing, instin may be changed, temporarily limited, or discontinued. Material changes to these terms receive a new version and require renewed consent.

7. Liability

Mandatory statutory liability rules apply. You remain responsible for decisions made solely on model-generated guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit it.
